Can't installed windows 8

hi i am having trouble installing windows 8 in my computer right now... i have windows 7 home Premium 64bit running. i bought windows 8 pro download from microsoft but what happen is that i download the file everything seems fine but once it restarts to the new windows 8 blue logo loading screen it just keeps loading and loading and it gets stuck there at the loading screen need help thanks

It's common to have a slow load time. How long are you waiting?

i been at the windows blue logo for a long time then my computer just goes to standby after it does nothing so i have to turn it on again and then back to windows 7

How long is a long time? I had to wait 2 hours on one of my PC's....

i would say about 30 to hour on the blue screen then it would go to stand by also before i installed i made sure my computer didnt shut down at the setting so....do you have the download file from microsoft or the dvd back up

i am trying to find out if it faster on download or dvd which is better

You need to reset your windows 7 first, that would be clean for your upgrade.Or you can just have brand new install.you can create install media with the online download package.good luck, for more help, conact me msn:windows7shop@outlook.com
