I have an HP touchsmart 600-1215xt PC with i5, 6 gig ram, 1 terbite HD, and windows 7 home premium. everytime I try and upgrade to windows 8, I get the errorattempted execute of noexecute memory. Any idea how to fix it? I tried running a clean boot, and microsoft support thought it was a hardware issue on my part. please help!

Try running this MS tool
