Zipcode in windows 8 upgrade installation

    Hello all,

Off course I want to buy windows 8, but when I start the windows 8 upgrade assistent and enter my info for the bill the next thing happened.
For side information I want the dutch version of windows 8.
When I say I want to buy the windows 8 in the program it asks me for the info like adress, place where I live and my zipcode. When I have entered the zipcode as it is and I press continue it is saying:
Use a valid notation(In dutch: gebruik een geldige notatie.)
What can I do about it. In holland it is download 30 euro and the CD 60 euro so of course I want to download it.

    Greetings Joram

Hello, a friend of mine has the following problem: He bought a Windows 8 Pro upgrade licence, but did a complete new installation. But now he can't activate Windows 8. He is owner of a valid Windows 7 key, but there is no option to validate your Windows 8 licence, if you did a new...
I've tried upgrading my machine three times now and have no clue what is happening. It keeps on failing at around 96% on the finalizing stage and reverting back to windows 7. "We cannot Install Windows 8 your machine has been reset to the way it was before" Soon as it hits 96%, my monitor turns...
Hi there! I've encountered a remarkable problem with trying to upgrade my current installation of Windows 7 x64. I'm running bootcamp from a Macbook Pro which has no DVD drive, so I'm using a bootable USB created from an ISO using Microsoft's very own software to do so. I'm running the...

Hi First post in this forum, and already with complaints ;-) I installed the Windows 8 Release Preview Build 8400 on my computer. I first did an upgrade from windows 7, but that gave me some (apparently ramdon) freezes. I decided to do a clean installation on unallocated space. The same...
