UEFI boot - how to create?

Hello.
I tried at first to install windows 8 on an old Samsung harddisk, on unallocated space, and Windows 8 made 3 partitions, one for backup, one for UEFI-boot (my mobo supports UEFI-BOOT from BIOS), and one for C-drive, so all haa-space was used. It all went well, and I brought a new 120Gbyte SSD.

I then did the same thing, installing Windows 8 on unallocated space on my new SSD. This time however, it did only made 2 partitions, one for backup and the rest to C-drive.

When the old HDD is connected I can choose to boot from UEFI in BIOS, and it starts Windows 8. But that is not possible when the new SSD is connected. I has been told that UEFI-BOOT is the most secure boot, so I want it to be possible from the new SSD.

Can I force Windows 8 to install such an UEFI-partition? How do I do that?
