Go to the ATI's website, and get the new beta video driver for Windows 8. CCC won't be available till a final release of Windows 8 becomes available in the retail chain. Your only other option is to go back to Windows 7.

Hi Neeraj.
I also have issue with ATI/AMD HD latest driver installed to Win 8. But I you want to, try installing older Driver. In my case I installed ver 11.2 (old enough) and is now running without issue. But if you really want it work with latest driver, then Windows seven will do as Mike said.

You can wait for newer drivers.

Or just try to combine the two solutions:

Install an older driver (can be a Win7 one) WITH CCC (control center) included, then update the driver (manually from Device Manager) with the latest beta (a Win8 driver of course) from AMD and CCC (at least basic functions) should still be functional.

Of course it's temporary and only if you wanna try to remain on Win8.

I've got a small number of tryable solutions...
1. Go into CCC (Catalyst Control Panel) and disable morphological filtering.
2. Go into CCC and disable Anti Aliasing and/or FXAA
3. Install DirectX
4. Install the Catalyst 12.7 Beta Drivers

I remember seeing a post like this before, and the solution was a hotfix of somesort, but I can't find it anymore.
