Strange graphic problem after hibernate/resting

Update/edit:
Since the attached screenshot does not show the issue I have to describe the problem instead:
After hibernating/resting/idle computer - sometimes - the screen is pixelated, fonts almost impossible to read, like someone has removed pieces of color from letters (that’s my best description...sorry). I’m running windows 8.1, Asus screen with NVidia card.
I’ve tried restarting the explorer process, changed a lot of Nivida/Windows settings and also used another cable. The only thing, however, that solves this is a reboot (it seems...).
A clue is that the screenshot does not show the problem even on my screen (after reboot). So this might be a hardware issue then? Has someone experienced the same issue?

--- Text in screenshot was supposed to be as described above, almost faded, hard to read. As the worst settings in Clear Type examples in windows so to speak. But after reboot even I cannot see the problem in screenshot:
