I can not believe I have see it, WEI Desktop Graphics 9.9, running Windows 10 Home. I've uninstall Win 10 and have a chat with you. The HP driver is sp72017.exe, Intel 10.18.10.4242. Intel HD Graphic 4000 is wearing The Mask?

My new system is HP Slimline 450-a24 and I'm use to seeing WEI score Desktop Graphic at 4.4. Has anybody else report this quark. Sorry I did not do a screen capture
