    Yea I tried most of these and I will try a defragmentation aswell.I heard that sometimes laptops can come from the factory with some problems, broken...I still have the waranty and might ask them to change the laptop for me if I don't get this sort out.I tried some fps guides on youtube for CCC and apparently they made my fps even worse...What else do you recommend me to do?

    Was one question i was going to ask if it was still under warranty. First try talking to ASUS about issue see what they say. Where did you buy the laptop and how long ago ? My other thoughts were testing the CPU, stress tests. Not sure about trying this and one most use is Prime95 have to monitor temps with another program like HWMonitor. Sometimes is risky to use these so i am not sure to, speak with ASUS first.

    Alright I ll ask them...I have this laptop since a few months and I had win7 on it and used it only for stuff like word, office and then tried the game and saw how horrible it works.Firstly I thought it was the win7 because this laptop only supports win8 drivers so I thought it wasnt a problem,but after I installed win8 I saw that it has a serious problem

    Specs on it should be O.K. Windows 8.1. Still can be some hardware issues.Lowering settings in the game might of helped, but also GPU benchmark was not good as said and even the CPU can cause this issue with GPU. Only owned one Laptop myself, my knowledge more towards Desktop. Changing the OS might void warranty, i am not positive,did it originally come with Windows 7 ? Few months too far of a time to bring it back to store you bought it from.

    It came with Free DOS so it is not a problem.I just send the Asus team a mail and , hopefully, they will respond to me fast

    O.k. you will get a faster response from a call as it will probably take 3 business days for them to respond to an e-mail. As i had an ASUS talked to them many times, never a long wait on phone.

    They said it will take maximum 48 hours , but ,yeah... we'll see... I'll tell you when they respond or if I talk to them

    Edit:They responded this morning and they said that if I have a windows 8.1 64 bit with license I must do all the updates from ,,windows update ,, and then install all the drivers from the asus site .

    Well i thought i asked before about making sure have all system and windows updates and thought you said you were sure they were up to date. Wonder about asking them about BIOS too, ask them first or can check your BIOS see if number is different from one listed on there site. Do not try that yet. See from ASUS site for each BIOS says this :
    Notice:Please check in the BIOS setup for the correct BIOS file name of your Notebook

    If drivers and updates do not help, call them instead. Also ask about BIOS update if needed.
