Driver for ATI HD 2400 Pro PCI

I've spent hours trying to find a working driver for this ATI 2400 Pro graphics card I have, but so far I've had no luck.

If someone knows where I can find a working driver, that would be awesome. Thanks!

AMD considers anything under HD 5xxx to be legacy for Win 7 and 8/8.1.

I think that was obvious since the links I gave have the word "Legacy" in them. Sorry couldn't resist a little jab friend.
