Will this graphics card increase gaming FPS?

I want to upgrade my graphics card, I am wondering if this graphics card will increase my FPS. (Mainly for minecraft, I want to run shaders with about 30-40 FPS, Shaders like sonic ether and rudo plays)

    1st choice graphics I want to upgrade to: EVGA 02G-P3-2738-KR GeForce GT 730 2GB 128-Bit DDR3 PCI Express 2.0 Video Card -

    My PC specs now are:

    OS - Windows 8.1
    RAM - 4.0 GB
Processor - Intel pentium dual core 3.0 GHz.
Graphics I have currently - Intel HD
    manufacturer - Lenovo

In normal minecraft I get 25-35 fps on normal settings, with shaders I get 3-5 fps. Will the graphics card linked above improve preformance to the 30-40 fps range while in shaders? If not will this graphics card get me there?

More expensive, but willing to buy if the other graphics won't work: EVGA GeForce GTX 750 Ti 02G-P4-3751-KR G-SYNC Support 2GB Video Card -

You should get the 750Ti, the 730 just wouldn't be worth it. What is your power supply? Have a read through this guide for choosing a GPU, just a few facts to take into consideration.

Well I recently upgraded to Windows 8.1 and ran the WEI test from an elevated C prompt, and it seems to have taken a dive in the graphics and gaming areas as opposed to the WEI I ran last fall with Windows 8 installed. I have no clue as to why or what to do about it. The machine runs well. I did an...
My current graphics card is an internal NVIDIA GeForce 6150SE nForce 430 with 128MB video memory. With 128MB video memory, Ubuntu unity lags as well as MTA and TF2. 720p videos work fine but sometimes they lag too. Overall I experience frequent FPS drops with my current internal graphics card. ...
