A little cleanup might help you get some replies. ;)

Hi,
Since a few days ago, while I browse the web, regardless of which browser I use, my GPU driver stops and recovers continously, causing frequent Firefox and Chrome crashes. I reinstalled the OS with the latest, official, stable AMD driver but the problem persists.
I have a Sony Vaio vpcyb4ajg with the AMD e-450 APU.
The Windows driver dump file is attached.

Unfortunately, I have no ideas for you, except this, "go to the Nvidia contol panel and go to manage 3D settings , change the power management to Prefer maximum performance , leaving it on adaptive is known to cause this problem."

What Nvidia on AMD GPU included in the processor ?

Try from here Download Drivers and make sure you get driver for APU graphics.
