Using an amd r9 290 card and intel hd 4600, in multi monitor mode, which means one monitor connected to the amd card and the other to the intel onboard, The problem is that basically there is mouse lag and fps issues when playing videos on the second monitor which is the one connected to the intel card, if I disable the intel card display adapter all those issues, the mouse lag and low fps are gone, so multimonitor is 100% the issue and I don't know why it is happening. Maybe the onboard gpu has some problems? Because it happens even if I use the onboard card as primary display adapter disabling the r9 290 display adapter.

Intel + AMD combinations are known for being problematic. Do you have the latest graphics drivers from the motherboard and/or PC manufacturer's site?
