Weird issue: transparent image stuck over all applications

Hi, I have installed Windows 8.1 PRO x64 in my new PC. I plugged the PC to my Samsung TV and installed the OS and all the software I needed. The HDMI I'm using is the one of my graphic card nVIDIA GTX 750.

I've just noticed that there's a stuck image slightly noticeable over all my applications (games, video players, Chrome...). It's an image of my desktop background picture. The first thing I did was to change the desktop background, but this does not solve the problem, the image is still there, without any changes. I've restarted and everything, and nothing. I think there must be something in the nVIDIA Control Panel.

What is circled in red are some fragments of the transparent image, and shouldn't be there. I know there are some visual effects of the camera, that appear when taking pictures of screen. Ignore them. The quality of the photo can't show the problem well, but it's quite noticeable and annoying if you see it.

I really don't know how the heck this is happening and how to solve this. I've been configuring some option in the nVIDIA Control Panel, but nothing helps.

I wish someone can tell me what's going on.

I haven't installed the Intel HD 4600 drivers cause I'm gonna use the nVIDIA GTX 750 all the time. So that GPU is the only one moving the system. Also I've done a stress test, and I'm getting 73șC maximum in my i3-4160 and 57șC maximum in my GTX 750. All games run nice. Everything is fine, but this. I don't have a monitor, so I can't know if it's a TV problem or a PC problem.

I'm using the latest official drivers and the latest official GeForce Experience.

    Everything else is fine.

EDIT: OK, it has nothing to do with my PC, it's my TV, it's crazy: Weird issue: transparent image stuck over all applications

Does your motherboard have an HDMI? Does it do the same thing?

I haven't tried it, but of course, it has an HDMI.

OK, this is mind-blowing. I've just connected a laptop through the same HDMI and the image is still there!

Seriously, another computer, and it's still visible. What the hell is going on with my TV? How in hell this can happen?

Yea, that sounds like your TV or the cable. Another cable to try? Is there any settings on the TV that deal with HDMI?

Yeah, I've tried another HDMI, the same. Wow, I've noticed that this stuck image is visible even when watching the TV through my Digital Terrestrial Television. I've unplugged it from the wall, wait 5 minutes, turned it on, put some channels, and it's still there. What the serious hell? Has anyone here any remotely idea of what is this and how can I solve this E.T. virus my TV just ate?

At least I'm happy that it's not my new PC.

Wondering if some kind of bleed-over through the air between the computer(s) and the TV. How close are they?

Crazy idea but any different if wireless is off?

Never really considered burn in. Did you leave it connected with your desktop for a long period, no screen saver? My TV does have a setting to prevent burn in now that I think about it.

    Bummer,

EDIT: Don't know if these things actually work Remove and prevent screen burn-in and stuck pixels with The Pixel Repair QuickFix DVD
