window 8 metro apps load not properly due to intel hd 4000

Hello i just got a new laptop with Windows 8 single language.graphics card- intel HD 4000. when this card is active and i try to use metro apps or any of the tiles where there would usually be a white background there is now just black flickering parts it sort of feels like the HD 4000 cant handle it i updated the software for the HD 4000 but it still happens.i upload a youtube video url regarding this problem

I have an HD 4000 beside the Nvidia 730m, they both work fine with metro apps. More specs would help. What make/model laptop?

Double curse. A Dell plus Intel CPU with AMD graphics. Sorry, just not a good combination IMO. Maybe someone will post who also has one. Make sure you use drivers from Dell site and don't let windows update them.

If new, you may want to consider returning it. Should work right out of box without graphics issues.

Curious why you haven't updated to 8.1? May not want to if returning it.
