Two graphic cards - continuous restart

I have installed the windows 8.1 at laptop hp g62-a80sv and when i have installed the drivers for both cards the windows 8.1 it restart every time it doesn't go into windows 8.1.

If i uninstall or disable one of these two graphic cards then for one time it begin the windows 8.1 but still find the second graphic card and it install the drivers and makes a continous restart.

Is there any solution for that problem?

At amd ati radeon 5740 it show a exclamation icon at control panel devices.

If you installed the AMD driver from anywhere other than from HP, it's likely that driver is not going to work properly -- because you need the switchable graphics driver from HP.

There are exceptions though. My laptop has an AMD A-10 APU (AMD Radeon HD 7660G) and a dedicated AMD Radeon HD 7670M. I can go right to AMD and bypass ASUS if I want.

What is your other onboard video? If its Intel I'd go with what Mark said and look for a driver on the HP site for your model.

AMD Radeon HD 5740 and what? The Radeon card is the only one you've mentioned.

I'd go with Marks suggestion, go to HP and get the driver they offer for your make and model. At present, are you installing the drivers or is Windows downloading and installing the video drivers?

Try the Windows 7 driver anyway, just create a Windows Restore point before hand just in case.
