    OK, it was worth a try, bummer that it didn't work. You could maybe try again but use compatibility mode this time. If you don't manually install any drivers and go with the stock Windows drivers what happens?

    If i use compatibility mode as windows xp sp3 then i installed the drivers but it has a exclamation at the control panel -> devices

    OK, so what happens if you don't install any drivers manually, and just go with the stock Windows Drivers?
    You may want to run the upgrade assistant to see if your hardware is in fact compatible with Windows 8 or 8.1, Upgrade Assistant: FAQ - Windows Help

    If i use compatibility mode as windows xp sp3
    Windows XP used very different video drivers than does Window 7 or 8 --not surprised choosing such a compatibility mode did not work.

    If there is a Vista compatibility mode, you should try that -- those are closer to the Win7/8 drivers.
