HP Envy 17 3D | Switchable Graphics not Switching

Hello, I did a fresh install on my HP Envy 17 3D notebook and I am trying to view 3D videos. Currently, it is using the intel graphics card, how to I switch to the AMD grpahics card? I installed all the drivers for both the AMD graphics card and the intel graphics card.
