[Q] Add a wireless display option missing in 8.1

I have a windows 8.1 full with touch support, and another one with windows 8 full. I noticed, in the 8.1, I cannot choose add a wireless display from swipe right, it went directly to project duplicate, extend, etc. This make me cannot project my screen to HDMI wireless display.

In windows 8, I definitely can find this option. Why?

    Hi zainal2Adidin,

It seems that you need Miracast for this to work in Windows 8.1.

This link should help you. Project to a wireless display with Miracast - Windows Help

I believe you must have Miracast first and then the option will be there.
