hello!!
i think i've had this problem for a few weeks, because my computer has been running a tad bit slow.
so i have a gateway NE56R41u.
i got it for my birthday and its really great i love it
with that aside, today i played the sims 3 when it has a warning about my graphics card or whatever, so i went to my screen resolution to see if i can fix the problem.
unfortunately, the place where i can choose what my resolution is greyed out, so i cannot change a thing.
heres a picture, but please help!!

If its an LCD display you should run it at its recommended native resolution. Anything else can result in a poor quality image.

Most laptops have the res of 1366x768 and it is fine and if you want more plug in a 1080p monitor or use two 1366x768 monitors if your Graphics Card can handle it.
