Ya, that's not a driver problem. It looks to me like you have some kind of Arabic or other Mid-Eastern type of language set for Windows.

I'm in the US and fortunate enough that MS is also based here, so it is not necessary for me to deal with languages.

You can look into setting the proper Windows language for what you desire, along with the correct keyboard support for it.

I wish I could help you better than that, but I'm unaware how.

If you look at the first white line (Soulbound) it looks quite similar to the other picture. It's just missing a whole bunch of parts. I think it's just artifacts which seems to be common in windows 8 unless you get a good driver.

Have you tried updating DirectX?

Try entering the device manager to the Display Adapter. Right click, select Properties and driver tab. Roll back the driver.

Seems like WoW is the issue itself, to me. Patch it to latest if it is not already. Other games work fine, right?

Nothing at all to do with it, but you should install the latest bios update for your board. 2008 is a little old and they probably made advancements.

----

Edit: I know the problem. You have a laptop and not a PCI-e card. Give me the hardware id of your graphics adapter and I'll mod the 12.3 WHQL for you so it installs.

In device manager, right click it. Properties. Details tab. Change the dropdown to say Hardware ids. Copy/paste results to here. (No screenshots please, for this.)

no, other games work not fine.
Have a problem with Pro Evolution Soccer 2012 too.
The problem is that on the field appear black triangles.

I just noticed you have 64 bit Windows and not 32. I can still make it but you will be much better off just finding a laptop driver to install for 64 bit.
