Hello!
Today our W8.1 system stopped and crashed when watching a video on the internet. The system was not able to restart and the screen has green lines. Please see some photo's. Once I got a message (of which I did not make a photo) about error video ftr or something like that. Cannot refresh installation since I have no w8/w8.1 dvd. It was a download from MS (image) and upgrade to w8.1 When I start windows normally webcam light flashes and HD light flashes but screen remains black.
What steps to take? I cannot see the logfile since I cannot connect to the PC from my iMac anymore.
