    @ popeye

I tried the PC of my brother, it will not start again. My brother has a power supply of 620 watts.

A friend of mine told me to pick out the battery (C2032) and put it in about 15 to 20 seconds. I did, but was again unsuccessful. Then he told me to install the drivers of the new video card before plug in the videocard, but he still shows red light on the VGA LED light (see picture)

Perhaps it is as you say the power supply, I'll make a phone call with the store where I bought the video card tomorrow.

Let me know if you have other ideas, thanks!Click image for larger version

The PC starts up again, I finally get back image. I had connected the cable incorrectly. But now I have another problem, AMD Catalyst Control Center will not open. Is really difficult because I can not do anything to set. I can not set the picture and make wider, so get on all four sides of the black screen (see picture) I must necessarily be in AMD Catalyst Control Center. I've removed the drivers and reinstalled, but I can unfortunately not within AMD Catalyst Control Center. Please help.

It's probably resolution Vs. frequency problem, should be able to set it thru windows display controls. If not, monitor itself should have controls for vertical and horizontal size.

I would agree with that. Both my old and new NNvidia cards did much the same with a big black gap (at least 2 inches) on the right hand side. Don't what I did to fix it but playing around with the freq/res fixed it. Plus finding old Vista drivers for the monitor to run on Win8.1 may have been the real reason.
