Left half of screen broken, can I display only on right?

I have a laptop where my LCD is broken on the left side, but the right side works fine. Is there a way I can change my display to only show on the right side? I've managed to make the display horizontally smaller, but I can't figure out how to change the center to the right side. This is annoying because I have to re-size every window every time I open it, and then I have to constantly scroll back and forth on web pages. I'd rather be able to maximize and have it only on the right side. See the attached picture to see what I'm talking about.

Sorry, there is nothing in windows that will do what you desire.

You could lower your DPI a bit and 'snap' all windows to the right til you can get your screen repaired.
