Hi,

I just bought a Mini-DP to HDMI Adapter, since I wanted to use my Westinghouse HDTV as a 4th monitor. I plugged the TV into my graphics card and it noticed a new device, but it isn't working correctly. The TV says "No Signal" and I get this error from the Screen Resolution window:

There is no setting on my TV to set the native resolution, and there is no way to change it through Windows 8.1. Any ideas?

Specs if Necessary:
AMD Radeon HD 7990 6GB
AMD FX-8350 8-core 4.0GHz
16GB G.SKILL Sniper Gaming Series RAM (2x8GB)
ASRock 990FX Extreme3 AM3+
3 x AOC 21" Monitors
(Trying to connect)Westinghouse HDTV

I don't think that GPU can handle 4 monitors at same time.

I have a 7990, it can definitely handle 4 monitors on 8.1. I also used to have a 47" westinghouse TV and it came up as the actual name of the TV. Yours is clearly not seeing it properly as it is showing up with generic non pnp monitor. I think that is your problem moreso than the resolution. It's setting that resolution because it doesnt recognize the monitor.
What does it say in ATI Catalyst Control Panel? You can create custom resolutions there if needed but you may be able to resolve the issue just by downloading and installing the latest AMD drivers (current stable driver is 14.4)
