    PowerColor 6770 1GB anybody have one ?

I,'m trying to find out if this card PowerColor Official Website - Graphics, Cases, Power Supply -- PowerColor HD6770 1GB GDDR5 V2 can support two VGA only monitors at same time. I know that it has one VGA, one Dual Link DVI-I (with adapter to VGA) and a HDMI ports but unfortunately both of my monitors have only VGA inputs. So if anybody has a first hand experience with setup like this I would appreciate answer.
    Tnx.

I have this card and can confirm the DVI puts out an analog signal for my Philips VGA Monitor I have when working on my systems in pieces
GIGABYTE GV-R677SL-1GD Radeon HD 6770 1GB 128-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.1 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card

I hope that helps a little.

OK, thanx very much, have chance to get one very cheap, just have a problem with 2 monitors with VGA only and can't afford to change everything now.

One small problem, Indianatone's card doesn't have a native VGA port on it hence why it works with VGA via adapter on the DVI-I port. The card you are asking about has a native VGA port and as a result, won't work on the DVI-DL port.

Unfortunately I don't know of any recent cards that can output to two VGA monitors.

Hmmm, that's what I was wandering about this one. I know that 2 DVI-D ports can display on 2 VGA monitors via adapters, mine does that (HD 3850), my older NV 8300 had a VGA and DVI ports and also worked, but of this newer ones I could not find any, or I could not be sure.
Here: PowerColor Official Website - Graphics, Cases, Power Supply -- PowerColor HD6770 1GB GDDR5 V2 this is what it said

    Display Support
    VGA Output On Board
    DVI Output DL DVI-I x1
    DisplayPort
    HDMI On Board
    TV Output
    HDTV Output
    HDCP Support Support
    In the description for DVI-I

DVI-I (integrated, combines digital and analog in the same connector; digital may be single or dual link)
Does that mean that it will be possible what I hoped for ?

Yeah, had to double check, wasn't expensive card and I was hoping it would work. Knew that 7xxx series wouldn't work but was hoping some earlier ones do.

So, I got a HIS Radeon HD 6770 IceQ, and have been messing around with MSI Kombustor. Then I ran the furry donut test. And within 10 seconds, the core temperature has been rising from 50 degrees Celsius to a whopping 105 degrees celsius. My question is, is it normal for the card to get that high,...
