OK.. So, what would benefit me more? Two GIGABYTE GV-R927OC-2GD Radeon R9 270 2GB 256-Bit GDDR5 Crossfired together OR one GIGABYTE GV-N770OC-4GD GeForce GTX 770 4GB 256-bit GDDR5. It's my first build and have been running one R9 270 OC GPU and I get 50-80fps on ultra.. The R9 card is 256bit 2GB DDR5 and the nvidia 770 is 256bit 4GB DDR5 (770 has higher MHz as well).. Which setup would yield a better image and higher fps?
--Side Question: If I would Crossfire there would be 1 PCI slot between the two cards on default cooling. Liquid cooling is only on the CPU with the H100i. Right now my current GPU doesn't go over 111F (44C), would the second GPU that close to the other cause a drastic increase in temps? Also the second GPU would be rather close to my PSU, but the PSU is upside down with its fan on the outside of the case so no additional heat from the PSU..
