Any recommendation for a GFX card for Windows 8.1?

Hi

My graphics card seems to be not playing very well with windows 8.1 very well because fonts look messed up in metro applications (I'm using Latest Catalyst). They look blurry and pixelated - harder to read.

Can I have a recommendation for a fan-less graphics board that I can buy (I'm not interested in gaming) so that it can give me the best experience for font legibility on my monitor (All current specs are in my profile). All I care about is clear sharp looking text on my current monitor and I attribute these bad fonts to my graphics board which seems to be not supported very well by Microsoft.

Thanks in advance :)

Well, if its only about fonts, download gdipp here->

This will make them better and smoother, even I use it inspite of having a titan (the fonts still look bad, a windows problem it seems).
You dont really need a separate GFX Card just for fonts but even if you still want it, go for nvidia gt610 syenergy or nvidia gt series. They are cheap and can run a few games too (even though you aren't interest i know).

Is the screen resolution set to the recommended native resolution of the monitor?
