CPU Freeze right clicking on desktop, new graphics card

so today I took out my old GTX 520 and replaced it with my ATI Radeon HD 4600 Series, Everything works great, BUT when i try and right click on my desktop, it loads for about a minute then fails to do anything. If anyone could help me fix this that would be great, everything else works great but that.
