Lines showing up across screen

I have an HP media center M7360N desktop with a Pentium D dual core, 4gb ram and a Ge Force 6200 SE card running 9.18.13.774 drivers. I get this screen mess sometimes when on the web and on the desktop. Any ideas how to get rid of this issue?

There might be several potential causes, but the odds are that your video card is failing.

Oh great. Any recommendations for an old pc that I only play Return to Castle Wolfenstein on other than browsing and I think I only have a 300 or so power supply with 1 dvd burner that I don't use much anymore and 32 8.1? Thanks

Well, it could always be some other problem--a failing power supply is another possibility--but you could replace the video card easily for about $50-60. Check newegg.com or amazon.
