In that case, I would try reinstalling the video driver from the Lenovo site:

Okay after Hours of Google Search found that I am not alone with this weird problem. Some of the other 1080p Laptop owners also faced the same wrong res problem. Even they had the same 1536 x 864 res wrongly. And the Solution is very Simple.

I dont know how this option relates to my issue, but it is fixed now. 1080p wallpaper fits perfectly and so are 1080p wallpapers and Those websites too show 1080p res.

That is not a fix. It is just a patch. You have increased you scaling to 125% to mask you true issue. You'll know when it is really fixed when you can set it to 100% and realize a true resolution of 1920x1080p.

Yep, the higher the resolution the smaller the font; that's what scaling is all about. I've tried that, but so far, it just doesn't work for me. The font gets too large even at just 125%.

The secret is to tell anyone else who uses your computer to get computer glasses. I have three pairs of glasses; bifocals, readers and computer glasses.

I'm glad you've partially solved your problem.
