Will 64MB GeForce3 Ti 200 work with Windows 8?

I have tried to install the Windows 8 Consumer Preview but it fails the install without explanation.

I think (but not certain) that my GeForce3 Ti 200 graphic card meets the DirectX9 requirement, but I can't determine if the driver satisfies the WDDM 1.0 requirement.

NVDIA website says I have the latest driver (93.71), but I can't tell from this if both DirectX9 and WDDM requirements are met. The dxdiag diagnostic says the DirectX is 9.0c (4.09.0000.0904) but Speccy says DirectX Support is 8.1.

Does anyone know if GeForce3 Ti 200 meets both requirements?
