    Text Blurry Problem After Upgrading

Recently I bought a Intel (R) Pentium G2020 ~ 2.90 GHz (2 CPUs) which came with a Intel HD Graphics integrated video chip and installed Windows 8. My monitor is a Dell one LCD and its resolution is 1280x1024(32 bit) 60 Ghz.

Recently, I'm suffering text blurry problem. If you see the following pictures, you'll understand :

It sometimes automatically fixes and sometimes I need to do a factory reset in the monitor(turning it off and turning on by holding the power button).

But the problem is occurring too many times.Sometimes windows shows a popup saying " Your resolution should be 2560x1600 bla bla". But if I set the resolution to 2560x1600, my monitor stops working.

    Hi,
You know what i think that this could fix it:right click My computer and then proprieties then go to advanced system settings on the left then click advanced then click the settings of the Performance then check this one:
    _Smooth edges of screen fonts.
click apply then okay you should see the difference now

    Hi Again,
Then i think the issue is with DPI scaling. For any program that gives you blurry font, use the following steps:Right-click on the program's icon >>> Properties >>> Compatibility >>> Uncheck "display scaling on high
    DPI settings".

Then close the program and restart.
Or check this link:Make older programs compatible with this version of Windows - Microsoft Windows Help
Or update the video driver you have from its official website
P.S;do not check for updating directly from cause it will always say that your driver is up to date
    Hope I Helped.

As you've said in your last post, this problem is occruing with all programs in my PC, so it kind of impossible to change all those' settings.

Well, its not the site's problem, I think the problem is being caused by my Video Card or Display.

I checked what you have said before, but the problem doesn't fix.

I can confirm that M$ did NOT fix the blurry text problem. This is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE for an OS to be released with a bug that was known long before RTM. There could be legitimate reasons for this, though. The leaked version might not be the real RTM. It could also be a driver issue. ...
