Recently I did a full uninstall of all AMD Components to do a clean installation of the latest 14.2 Beta Drivers. After that, while installing 14.2; I keep getting this weird message saying that:

It only started after installing 14.2 and I'm even trying to install 14.1 Beta Display & Audio Drivers just to see if its just 14.2, but it seems like those drivers wont work as well.

Any idea what could be going on? I went to Device Manager in Control Panel - the Audio Driver & Display are not there.

My GPUs' are two 7970's & CPU is the 8-Core Black Edition FX-8150.

Yeah. I would not install AMD beta drivers as of late. IMHO, they're getting a little screwy where they never ever had before previously, because of their Mantle aspirations.

To fix your current issue, download the latest WHQL.

Go to C:\Windows\inf and hunt through all of the OEM inf files. Delete all the ones specifically from AMD for video and the audio on the cards.

Go to C:\Windows\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository then Take Ownership of all the AMD video and audio folders, then delete them.

You can manually clean the system elsewhere of all AMD and the registry too, but that might not even be necessary since the above steps are what really fixes it. I had to figure that out the hard way a few weeks ago.

Reboot and install WHQL normally.

AMD Display & Audio Drivers won't install

Hi as the title suggests - I cannot install any of the AMD Display / Audio Drivers. I've tried the Beta Drivers (14.2 and 14.3), also the WQHL Drivers (13.12). For months I've been trying to get this to work and it gets me no where. The latest one I was able to download was Beta Driver 14.1 and I can't even uninstall those damn drivers.

I made a post a few weeks ago on the same subject as shown here:
http://www.eightforums.com/graphic-cards/41753-cannot-install-amds-display-audio-drivers.html

The Advice that "MasterChief" gave me didn't seem to work. I tried using the AMD Cleanup Utility; even going into my Device Manager and manually deleting the drivers - still nothing. After installing any AMD Drivers from the main website it always states:

Is there a work around on this issue? My main concern is that I cannot play Battlefield 4 recently because the latest patch made a restriction that only 14.2 Display Drivers and up can play the game optimally (Because of the Mantle API.)

Is this a laptop with Intel or AMD CPU? Some system info would help.

Sorry about that, I am running Crossfire'd AMD 7970's, AMD FX-8150 Eight-Core Processor, 16gb RAM, & Sabertooth 990FX R2.0 Motherboard. It's not a laptop. Here's what my System Info says if that's any help:
