    Screen Flickering

Hello, from last 2 weeks ago. I have bought a new tower with Windows 8.1 on it. I have already owned the monitor before I got the tower.
But, I am having problems with the Screen Flickering. It only flicks like a shave (transparent grey bar shave), it does it every minute.. but not all the time.

My Graphics Card is successfully up-to-date, I have to do a check and update all the other devices to see if this problem was solved. But, it didn't.

My Graphics Card is: AMD Radeon HD 7310 Graphics
For more information about my Specs, please click it below that says "My System Specs".

    Thank you for reading!

    Regards,

Are you using the correct refresh rate for your monitor in Control Panel? Check in Control panel // Appearance and Personalization // Adjust screen resolution > Advanced Settings > Monitor Tab > Screen Refresh Rate (I'm pretty sure your monitor uses 60 Hz, if it's already on that make it higher).

I looked at it and it's 60Hz. What I do now?

Obviously, something is amiss about the system. Let's get it as close to perfect as possible and then see if the problem takes care of itself.

Run the tool that Brink shows here (even if never had a bsod) and please post results attached below in a new post:

Above, that didn't help. How do I make the flicking stop. It's quite annoying, do I have to get a new PC screen or something??

Okay, I have found another screen in my cupboard. I plugged it in, but then - it still flickers at 60Hz. I want it so that it can go higher than 60Hz, I know that there is a option in Control Panel that you can change your Hertz, but my only have 60Hz.. nothing else.

Did you check /replace cables and/or adapters from computer to monitor. ? Another connector on the video card if any ?

Yes, I had replaced with the same RGB cable - but the problem still exist. I have bought another cable, but it wont fit in to the port on the tower. I checked my PC's screen cable, screwed them tight - still exist. Check power voltage, the voltage is fine. Just that it flickers if something is grey in the background that mixes up with different colours makes a flicker.

Okay, I have cleaned the tower by getting rid of the dust and checking all the cables. Got it all back together, the problem didn't solve. But is there any problems that I can solve from this flickering problem?
