Dual Screen setup a with a phantom third screen

    So I have a Lenovo H415 Desktop,
currently with a Nvidia Gt 620 as primary display driver.
Cpu: AMD A4-3420 Apu with Radeon HD graphics
    4gb ram and windows 8.1.

So my issue is i have a dual screen setup, however when i look in screen resolution screen It is shown that i have 3 screens connected and the phantom screen is "connected" via Windows Basic Display Driver. I have tried disabling, Disconnecting the screen from Multiple Displays drop down in Screen resolution window. Another issue with this is the boot screen is all shown on this phantom screen on boot up and then at the login screen it reverts to my primary display.

Attached is an image of my issue.

    Thanks for any help.

It might be due to the fact you have 2 GPU's that are active...just a guess. Is there somewhere in the BIOS or CCC to turn off the GPU of that AMD APU.

I at the moment cannot access my Bios, the computer boots on screen 1, and then defaults to screen 3 on the login screen. On the second part I am not sure what CCC means, if you could clarify i can give that a try.

With the AMD APU, you have a driver, with that drive comes software called the "Catalyst Control Center". I thought there might be an option to disable it in there.

To get to the BIOS, disconnect the 2nd monitor and see if that works. Do you have the Nvidia driver installed for the GT 620?
