Hi dus998,
Welcome to the forums, in windows explorer right click computer and select Manage, then in Device manager you can view your graphics details.
Or Go to Apps by clicking Search( just above Start in the left bottom corner) and try System Information. You can also use a third party program like Everest Ultimate(Free Trial). Hope this helps.

EDIT: Hynix is your memory sticks I guess.

The L attitude D620 comes in two flavors Intel GMA 950 or Nvidia Quadro 110M.

Both are available on the Dell support site just look on the support site and follow the prompts. If the drivers @ Dell are too dated you can find them directly at Intel or Nvidia's website respectively.

If you have no Nvidia badge on the laptop, then I would go with the Intel GMA 950 driver.

Hi dus998,
There is a time that the information of your device just limited to what the OS were able to identify it as the common compatible device available on its list previously submitted to Microsoft. But there are many ways to find it out, including look again into the spec provided in the manual, manufacturer sites, or specific forums available somewhere in the web.
Just my two cents :D
