Graphics card not plugged in warning?

Whenever I restart my computer I sometimes get in red letters a warning saying you have not plugged in your graphics card and a loud beeping sound. I already checked it and made sure it is fully plugged in, what's going on?

Also, only when restarting it occasionally gives me that warning. Other than that, its fine booting up, never gave me the error. Also if i get the error and press the reset button on the computer it'll do that until I force it to shutdown by holding the power button. And, my display works fine.

Hello Kyle,

You might try it connected in another slot to see if it may be an issue with the one it's currently in.

In addition, double check all 8-pin or 6-pin power connections on the card (if any) to make sure that they are securely connected at both ends.

Hope this helps, :)
Shawn

Tried that and updated the BIOS. It seemed to work for a while but now it's doing that again.

Hmm, you might try a different PCI-E slot to see how it works in it.
