No smooth 3D Graphics and no fullscreen in DOS Mode

Hi, I am currently using Windows 7 32-bit and when I did a clean install of Windows 8 Pro on my PC, I noticed that there was no smooth 3D Graphics nor full-screen mode in DOS mode (the cmd.exe prompt) on my PC. I have an "Intel(R) 82915G/GV/910GL Express Chipset Family" built-in display adoptor on my PC. Can anyone tell me is there a workaround for this problem (except for buying a new graphics card)? And can I also install Win 8.1 RTM on my PC? Please anyone reply. its urgent.

Sorry, but there is no working Intel 915 graphics driver for Windows 8 or Windows 8.1. The last driver Intel released was really for XP, but it worked in Vista, and later in Win7, because both of them accepted XPDM drivers. Win8 and Win8.1 will only accept WDDM drivers -- and Intel made it clear long ago that they would NOT write a WDDM driver for that chipset. I know this because I used to use a Fujitsu laptop that had the Intel 915 chipset and could only get the Windows Basic driver working in Win8.

So, is there any other way to make it work?

Unfortunately there is no way to make it work besides buying a really cheap PCI-E Graphics Card :/.

Basically -- NO. Intel abandoned support for this video chipset.

It's impossible unless someone made a modified driver which will most likely not occur, your best bet would be to buy a really cheap graphics card. I googled your computer and found the user guide for it, then I checked the motherboard layout and it looks like you have 0 PCI-E slots only 2 PCI slots. Now, I found some PCI graphics cards on Newegg and the lowest priced card I could find is a VisionTek VTK Tad7k 64P Radeon 7000 but it only supports up to Windows XP. So, unless PCI graphics cards are compatible with Windows 8/8.1, you are out of luck . I posted the link for the card here if someone can verify compatibility with Windows 8.

NO, repeat, NO -- Intel abandoned development of drivers for this chipset back in the Vista days. Repeatedly asking the same question over and over is not going to change the answer.

OK, then can I dual-boot it with the reliable Windows XP SP3 for the graphics and full-screen DOS purposes and replace Windows 7 with Win 8.1?

And is there a possibility to enable software acceleration for 3D Graphics and for enabling full screen in cmd.exe app?
