This depends....what size (wattage) PSU do you have? The GPU your looking to upgrade to, what's the minimum wattage needed, what type and how many PCI connections does it have...eg one 6 pin, one 8 pin, dual 6 pins or dual 8 pins and does your current PSU have the available connections for the new GPU?

You can check out the Passmark benckmark scores for all 3 here:

PassMark Software - Video Card Benchmarks - High End Video Cards

The 660 ti is over 2 times faster than the 550 ti and costs over 2 times as much. So, if money is no object, and you are looking for the fastest of the three, the 660 ti is a no brainer pick IMHO. Also, as previously suggested by bassfisher6522, make sure your PSU has the proper 4, 6 or 8 pin connectors. If not, order the adapter(s) with the card. The power supply is adequate for any of these cards.

What kind of budget are we talking here....? Personally I would go for the 680.

There's no need for too strong GPU with that processor, it will not be able to follow GPU and will be a bottleneck for it.

So with processor QX9650 and Asus GTX 660 Ti-DC2OG-2GD5 will it bottleneck? That card fits in my budget.

No bottleneck for this person running benckmark testing with your CPU and the card you want. In fact, it looks like a fair match IMHO:

OK, I did a Passmark Benchmark Test Score Search, using your CPU, and searched for the best 3d graphics card scores. So, here they are:

I really think you have all the information you need to make a decision; yes?
