sudden chage in hearts card game , bubble stars vertical

i have used hearts and bubble star games almost daily.
since last 3 4 days i notice the vertical size of the screen is more than screen resoluton

some small percentage of the image gets out of the outer limits of vertical size
i recently installed the weather bug from store
can it give this problem?
i use toshiba satellite C855D laptop only 5 months old
amd64 4Gb 2core cpu

other screens appear normal i think.

controlpanel settings for display resolution still shows recomended 1366x768

any idea how i can get the previous screen appearance in hearts and bubblestar
