My screen resolution is 1920x1080 but when trying to open an app it says screen resolution is to low.
I find this though that says "
You can run Metro style apps on a screen as big as 30 with a resolution of 2560x1600"
Iam running on a 32" Samsung LCD TV but iam not seeing how that could be a problem. There might be some other issues since i have problems trying to update but i figured that is because of some issue with windows and not my software.

Not sure then since your screen resolution is 1920 x 1080. You might see if going through the listed troubleshooting items in the tutorial below may be able to help.

It just getting worse and worse. I followed you first advice and an error come up that i didn't sign up using a Microsoft so i figured if that could help.
Its annoying enough that almost all help say you should swipe the sidebar when i doesn't have one, but now it seems my windows start screen is gone altogether.

It might be best to do a refresh or a clean install, and if doesn't do it i guess nothing will.

So after doing a recovery charms, start and store seems all to be working.
