Another GPU than i got

Now, i got one AMD 6490M HD GPU and a Intel Graphics 3000. In Device Manaer it stand i got AMD 7400M HD. What the **** is that ? I cant do anything to activate the AMD card. Please help me

The best source is usually the laptop manufacturer. That's particularly true if you have switchable graphics. HP only lists drivers for Windows 7:

HP Pavilion dv6-6100 Entertainment Notebook PC series -  Download drivers and software - HP Business Support Center

They may be worth a try. (Install them in Windows 7 mode if they won't go directly in Win8.)
