images all jumbled up on new laptop?

Just bought a new vaio laptop and ive noticed that some pictures on websites are all jumbled up, in the wrong order and colours inverted? any Ideas on how to fix this please? sorry but im not very good at computers :) heres an example of whats wrong

See if the same happens in a different browser. What browser are you using? Are you accessing through metro start screen or the Desktop?

You are very welcome. I like Chrome. Don't change IE from the default. And, plan on running Chrome from the desktop. As I recall, only IE will run properly from both the desktop and the start menu, but, to do so, it has to be set as default.
