Solved NVIDEA GeForce GT 420 ver 9.18.13.1070

Hello
I received a message while online that since I migrated to Win 8 I should install the following driver -this came from NVIDEA.
After that I received an error message I have attached. I do not understand drivers and do not know if I should take any action.

I have a GeForce GT 430 and have installed the same drivers and I did not receive any such error message. I would run the new drivers and see if any issues crop up...

Sorry I wasn't clear. Can you use the newer drivers even though you received the error message? Do you have to use the older drivers that you were using? Sometimes the newest NVidia drivers can cause issues, but they are generally stable when they are released.

I was just coming back to explain that I ran the tests in the Dell support center for graphics and the tests were all good. I am not having any issues
so I think I am ok.
