Mobile Intel 4 Express Chipset Family driver?

Ran into a problem with my laptop... If I watch something on Youtube, my graphics driver stops working.
I can't find any Win8 driver for my graphics card so I'm using a Win7 driver that I installed in compatibility mode.
Does anyone know how I can stop it from crashing? And will Intel give out a Win8 driver for the Mobile Intel 4 Express Chipset family? :)

The crashing is making me go insane because I have to restart Chrome for the video to work again.

Edit: It won't let me install.. It says the computer doesn't meet the
requirements.

Unpack it using Total Commander. Right click on Setup.exe and choose Properties. Click on Compatibility tab and check "Run this program in compatibility mode for:" and choose Windows 7. Also check "Run this program as an administrator" at the bottom of the same tab. Click OK and run setup. I did not change anything, this is original Intel driver I download and saved on my external hard drive in 2011 year.
PS. sorry for my bad English
