I have tried everything I can think of to fix this and nothing wants to work. It is such an odd problem I can not find anything on it and it is doing my head in! I have a Sapphire Radeon HD 7870, Using the latest beta drivers/CCC (and I have tried older versions still no luck), the monitor is connected via a DVI-HDMI cable. Most people seemed to fix the issue by changing overscan settings but I can not do that as it is locked out from me and it seems to be set at full overscan anyway and all the settings on my monitor are fine.

The resolution is 1920x1080 yes it is set at that and it a native resolution for my monitor. I know it is anti aliasing as when I turn it off the game shows on the monitor normally. Any help on this matter would be much appreciated!

Also it worked fine before when I had Windows 7.

I been hearing weird things about anti-aliasing acting funny in Windows 8. Like, making the start screen look fuzzy or messed up and so on. Are you using global AA, or are you setting AA in a specific game? I would recommend the latter if you're not already.

Also, are you using beta drivers? I would recommend just using standard windows 8 drivers if possible. At least on the nvidia side, I think there's better results using the regulars instead of the betas right now.
