Good afternoon,
I'm running a dual display setup with a 19" widescreen and a 17" 4:3, and have recently upgraded to Windows 8.
Prior to upgrading, my 17" display was set at 1280x1024, and the 19" at 1440x900. After upgrading, the 19" has defaulted to a "native" 1024x768 (which is obviously incorrect), and Windows doesn't even provide a 1440x900 option. I've used the Nvidia control panel to set a custom resolution of 1440x900 but this doesn't look right; it's stretched with about half an inch of black border at the top and bottom of the display. No alternative resolution looks right either - the closest I can find is 1280x1024 and that is of course still somewhat skewed and blurry.
My drivers are up-to-date, and the 17" display looks fine.
Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this?
Cheers!
