I installed windows 8 on my pc and it doesn't use the whole screen. There's a margin all the way around the screen. I have a 23" 1080p display and AMD Radeon 7450 graphics card. Is there any fix to this? Also, OpenGL is not working at all, for anything.

Margin on the Screen

I just got a Panasonic Toughbook CF-AX2 Ultra-notebook (Japan). Of the 11.6 screen, Windows 8 is taking a 1.3 inch black margin on the left and another 1.3 inch black margin on the right. So, I lost 20% of very valuable screen real estate. I know Windows 8 uses the margins as Tap areas, but this much margin is crazy
Is there any way to adjust the screen margins?
