Does Toshiba have proper video card for Windows 8

I have a Toshiba L675-00X that has the following stated for a Graphics Controller ---

Mobile Intel® HD Graphics – Integrated
up to 1307MB (32bit OS) or up to 1696MB (64bit OS)
dynamically allocated shared graphics memory with 4GB of
    system memory

(I actually have 8 Gigs of RAM installed)

I notice that the Microsoft states one should have the following ---

Microsoft DirectX 9 graphics device with WDDM

Will what I have in this Toshiba Laptop work with Windows 8 --- this is the question. One does not want to buy / download / install only to find out the Intergrated Graphics will not work. I mean, why spend the day looking for nerve pills?

That's as good as any for normal work but not for modern games.

I'm really not looking at what it will do (not a game player at all) - I'm trying to find out if what is on this Toshiba will work with Windows 8 just to play simple videos i.e. youtube etc. Anyone an idea if it will or not?
    Thanks!!!
