Need assistance removing hot corner performance window

what title says, when hovering over the top right hot corner a window in the left corner appears displaying system information. this window appears even after disabling the hot corner, i need to disable it, its interfering in borderless windows for some games. any help would be greatly appreciated.

Never seen or heard of this happening before but, if this has only recently started to happen, have you downloaded/installed anything recently that might be causing it? Perhaps a 3rd party performance monitoring tool?

no i haven't, i also haven't really noticed how long its actually been there. it hasn't caused an issue till recently. I'm not sure if it comes with win 8 or if its 3rd party. I've looked all over the internet, this was my last hope in figuring out what it is.

Could it be a setting within the game(s)?

no it happens on the desktop to, it activates when you'd mouse over the top right charm corner, i disabled the corner, and also used an app to disable all charms, and it still shows up.

You say you "used an app" to disable all charms so perhaps the app is causing it. I take it you mean a 3rd party app. If so then these are not always reliable. Why did you not simply disable charms using Windows itself? To do this right click on the task bar and click on "Properties" then the "Navigation" tab. See picture attached. Yours should look the same if Charms are disabled but maybe the 3rd party app installed something else as well? Consider running Malwarebytes (ww.malwarebytes.com) or ADWCleaner (AdwCleaner) to check for PUPs.

i did use windows to do it originally, that didn't solve the issue. it still showed up even tho the hot corner was disabled. i used the app after to see if disabling them all would do it, also didn't work. i uninstalled the app after trying. I've used malwarebytes, and checked the programs installed manually, also checked all running processes, and services. i couldn't find anything out of the ordinary.

Did you try the ADWCleaner I mentioned. It is supposed to be even more thorough than Malwarebytes. Also run the free version of "Ccleaner" Registry cleaner (download from Piriform Download CCleaner - Free, powerful PC cleaner and optimizer) to see if something in the registry is causing it.

i just found the issue after booting in safe mode, i limited it down to a program. it was system explorer an alternate to task manager. thank you for assistance while i was trying to solve this.
